1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Seaside Security LLC, which operates Lightning Leads ("Lightning Leads," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Lightning Leads website, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility. Lightning Leads is a business service available to users age 13 and older. If you are under 18, or under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian and, when using the Services for work, authorization from the applicable business. Only a person legally able to enter a binding contract and authorized to act for the business may open or own a paid business account, purchase Services, or accept these Terms on behalf of an organization. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not use them.

2. Use License

Subject to these Terms, Lightning Leads grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your lawful personal or internal business purposes, including authorized field-sales work. This is a license, not a transfer of title. You may not:

• Copy, modify, resell, sublicense, or publicly display the Services or their materials except as the Services expressly allow
• Use a company account or company data without authorization from that organization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer software contained in the Services
• Remove copyright or other proprietary notices
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on another server except through an authorized Lightning Leads feature
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Collect or track another person's information without a lawful basis and the permissions required by the Services
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users

3. Disclaimer

The Services and materials available through Lightning Leads are provided on an 'as is' basis. Seaside Security LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seaside Security LLC and its suppliers will not be liable for damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, Lightning Leads or its materials, including loss of data, profit, or business interruption, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of those damages.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Lightning Leads may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that website materials are accurate, complete, or current, and we may change them at any time without notice.

6. Links

We have not reviewed every site linked from the Lightning Leads website and are not responsible for a linked site's content. A link does not imply endorsement, and use of a linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to the then-current version of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

If you use a company account, you represent that the organization has authorized your use and you agree to access only the data and features assigned to you.

The content, features, and functionality of Lightning Leads, including information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, are owned by Seaside Security LLC, its licensors, or other providers of that material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Subscription and Payment

By subscribing to Lightning Leads, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan. Subscription plans will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Only an adult or another person legally able and authorized to enter a binding contract may purchase a subscription or provide payment information.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.
