How to Request Data Deletion

Send an Email Request

Email us at support@lightning-leads.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - Lightning Leads"

Include Your Account Information

Provide the email address associated with your Lightning Leads account so we can locate your data.

Confirmation & Processing

We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Account information (name, email, phone number)
Location history and GPS data
Lead interaction history
Push notification tokens
App usage data and preferences

Data Retention Information

Immediate Deletion: Your account, profile information, and app preferences will be deleted immediately upon processing your request.

30-Day Retention: Some data may be retained for up to 30 days in backup systems before being permanently purged.

Legal Compliance: Certain data may be retained as required by law, including:

  • Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes (up to 7 years)
  • Data necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes

Third-Party Services: Data shared with third-party services (Google Maps, Firebase, Stripe) is subject to their respective data retention policies. We will request deletion from these services where possible.
